We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Training Facilitator who is passionate about both digital marketing and developing people.

This is more than a training role.

You'll be responsible for transforming new hires into confident, client-ready Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants by delivering engaging training, coaching performance, and helping individuals unlock their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing

Facilitate Digital Marketing Training

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to new hires

• Teach core digital marketing concepts, platforms, and best practices

• Simplify complex topics into practical, easy-to-understand lessons

Coach and Develop Talent

• Provide one-on-one coaching and performance guidance

• Support trainees through challenges and skill gaps

• Build confidence and accountability throughout the training journey

Review Work and Provide Feedback

• Assess trainee submissions and practical exercises

• Deliver constructive feedback that drives improvement

• Ensure trainees meet program and client-readiness standards

Support Digital Marketing Execution

• Troubleshoot common platform and tool-related issues

• Guide trainees in using marketing tools and systems effectively

• Share real-world industry knowledge and best practices

Drive Training Excellence

• Monitor trainee engagement, attendance, and performance

• Collaborate with the Training Team to improve learning outcomes

• Contribute ideas that enhance the overall training experience

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience

• Previous experience as a Trainer, Team Leader, Coach, Mentor, or Facilitator

• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and execution

Technical Knowledge

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Social Media Marketing

• Content Marketing

• Email Marketing

• CRM Platforms

• Marketing Automation Tools

• Canva or Graphic Design Tools

• GoHighLevel or similar marketing platforms

Professional Skills

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication

• Confident leading both group and one-on-one sessions

• Strong coaching and people development abilities

• Highly organized and proactive

• Able to motivate, inspire, and hold people accountable
