Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in BGC. The Dining Team Leader/ Captain Waiter will be responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to operational standards. The role includes guiding front-of-house staff, assisting in resolving guest concerns, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, monitoring service quality, and supporting the achievement of customer satisfaction goals. The Dining Team Leader/ Captain Waiter will also assist in staff training, shift coordination, and implementing service excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or a related field is an advantage
At least 1–2 years of experience in Restaurant Operations, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, or a leadership role within a restaurant setting
Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage
Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on-site in BGC
Amenable to start as soon as possible
