Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in BGC. The Dining Team Leader/ Captain Waiter will be responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to operational standards. The role includes guiding front-of-house staff, assisting in resolving guest concerns, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, monitoring service quality, and supporting the achievement of customer satisfaction goals. The Dining Team Leader/ Captain Waiter will also assist in staff training, shift coordination, and implementing service excellence initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or a related field is an advantage

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Restaurant Operations, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, or a leadership role within a restaurant setting

  • Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage

  • Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work on-site in BGC

  • Amenable to start as soon as possible
