Claims OP Encoder
Job description
The Claims OP Encoder is responsible for entering a member’s out-patient availment information to the utilization ledger based on received claims documents to ensure proper recording and computation of client/member utilization as well as processing of payment to our accredited providers.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably Allied Medical Course
Open to fresh graduates; Willing to work on shifting schedule
Job Competencies:
Diligent and organized; Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative and good judgment; Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Proficient data entry and typing skills
Job Competencies:
Efficient verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledge of medical terminologies, illnesses & coding
High attention to detail; Strong analytical skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
