👨🔬 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior QA Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications while gaining hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements and functionality
Write and execute test cases for web-based features and workflows
Log bugs and issues using tools like JIRA and Trello
Perform exploratory and regression testing before releases
Assist in documenting QA processes and product behavior
Use Google Sheets and Docs to manage test logs, test reports, and QA checklists
Perform simple competitor or feature-based research using online tools
🧠 What You’ll Learn
End-to-end software QA process in a real startup setting
Agile methodology and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello)
Writing and managing test cases, bug reporting, and documentation
QA best practices and tools used in modern dev environments
🧩 Requirements
You don’t need formal experience — but you must be organized, curious, and detail-oriented.
Minimum Skills:
Basic understanding of QA concepts (testing, bug reporting, test planning)
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Familiarity with Trello, JIRA, or similar task management tools
Strong communication and documentation skills
Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
✅ Bonus Points If You:
Have worked on school or personal projects with a QA or documentation component
Know how to create simple test cases or bug reports
Have tried using bug tracking or version control tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket)
Are familiar with basic HTML, CSS, or browser dev tools (not required but nice to have)
