👨‍🔬 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior QA Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications while gaining hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements and functionality

  • Write and execute test cases for web-based features and workflows

  • Log bugs and issues using tools like JIRA and Trello

  • Perform exploratory and regression testing before releases

  • Assist in documenting QA processes and product behavior

  • Use Google Sheets and Docs to manage test logs, test reports, and QA checklists

  • Perform simple competitor or feature-based research using online tools

  • End-to-end software QA process in a real startup setting

  • Agile methodology and collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello)

  • Writing and managing test cases, bug reporting, and documentation

🧩 Requirements

You don’t need formal experience — but you must be organized, curious, and detail-oriented.

Minimum Skills:

  • Basic understanding of QA concepts (testing, bug reporting, test planning)

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Familiarity with Trello, JIRA, or similar task management tools

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely


✅ Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked on school or personal projects with a QA or documentation component

  • Know how to create simple test cases or bug reports

  • Have tried using bug tracking or version control tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket)

  • Are familiar with basic HTML, CSS, or browser dev tools (not required but nice to have)
