Job Summary:
Provides administrative and operational support across all facets of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee benefits, payroll inputs, and government compliance.
Support employee engagement and disciplinary processes.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
At least 3 yrs experience in a similar role.
College Graduate.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Talent Acquisition Specialist (2)
Location: San Fernando, La Union
Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates to meet organizational hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate hiring activities with managers and clients.
Manage applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience in recruitment and talent sourcing is preferred.
Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
