Inventory & Administrative Assistant
About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Inventory & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory monitoring, stock control, delivery dispatch, and very basic administrative or accounting tasks to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Verify and receive incoming stocks and deliveries.
Ensure accuracy of stocks released from the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items promptly.
Conduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Coordinate with management regarding inventory concerns and discrepancies.
Cash Handling and Administrative Tasks
Receive and record sales collections.
Handle petty cash and cash disbursements.
Record daily cash transactions accurately using Microsoft Excel
Organize and maintain supporting documents and records.
Qualifications
Required
Organized and detail-oriented.
Trustworthy and able to handle cash and inventory responsibly.
Good communication skills in English (spoken).
Willing to learn and undergo training.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred
Can start immediately.
Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administrative work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with cash handling and record keeping.
Leadership potential and ability to supervise staff when needed.

The salary indicated is a range and will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
