All around helper

About the role

We are seeking an All Around Helper to join the production team at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations. As an All Around Helper, you will provide essential support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient production scheduling. Your flexibility, reliability and willingness to learn will be key to your success in this role, as you will work across various production areas and support functions as needed.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist production staff with material handling, packaging and labelling of cosmetic products according to production schedules and quality standards

2. Support inventory management by organising, storing and tracking raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse

3. Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure production areas remain clean, safe and compliant with workplace standards

4. Help with loading and unloading of materials and products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage

5. Assist in preparing workstations and gathering required materials for production runs

6. Support logistics operations by helping with order picking, packing and dispatch of products

7. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times, reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors

8. Perform other duties as assigned to support production planning and scheduling objectives

What we're looking for

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification

2. Previous experience in manufacturing, production or warehouse environments is preferred

3. Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards

5. Flexibility and willingness to support different areas of production and logistics as needed

6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly

7. Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

8. Basic numeracy and literacy skills for tracking materials and completing simple documentation
