Qualifications:

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License

• Minimum 3 years Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO setting (Strong Leadership Experience Required)

• Proven experience managing healthcare operations and driving team performance

• Strong people management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule
