Qualifications:

• Active USRN License

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License

• Minimum 3 years Acute Hospital Experience in ER and/or OR (Strong Hospital Experience Required)

• At least 2 years Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO setting

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule
