Red Cube Builders is a retail fit-out and design & build company with over 8 years of experience, delivering projects for reputable brands such as retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and spas. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Draftsman to support our growing construction and store rollout operations.

POSITION: Draftsman

Location: Metro Manila
Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare architectural, construction, and fit-out drawings for retail, cafe, restaurant, and spa projects

• Translate concept designs and site measurements into accurate technical drawings

• Produce and update:

  • Floor plans

  • Elevations & sections

  • Reflected ceiling plans

  • Furniture & millwork details

• Revise drawings based on:

  • Site conditions

  • Client feedback

  • Operations and brand standards

• Coordinate closely with:

  • Project Manager

  • Construction Team

  • Purchasing & Operations Team

• Ensure all drawings comply with:

  • Approved design

  • Project scope

  • Local construction standards

• Assist in as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion

• Maintain organized digital files and version control of all drawings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related course

• At least 1–2 years experience as a Draftsman (fit-out or construction experience is an advantage)

• Proficient in:

  • AutoCAD (required)

  • SketchUp / Layout (advantage)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects

• System-driven, organized, and responsive to revisions

• Willing to do site visits when required
