Job Summary

The Bank Manager is responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations, and administration of the branch. He/She develops long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and gathers market intelligence on client needs, competition, and the broader business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to achieve funds generation, credit, and profitability targets

• Oversee all aspects of branch servicing — administration, controls, compliance, policies, and procedures

• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Officers and staff toward service excellence

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Monitor market trends and competition to support strategic branch planning
