Senior Study Abroad Advisor

We're looking for a Senior Study Abroad Advisor to join the StudyPass team. In this role, you'll be working directly with students who are planning to study in Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Spain — guiding them through school applications, visa requirements, and everything in between.

The Role

• Guide prospective students through study abroad options, program fit, and visa pathways

• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing school application documents and requirements

• Process and monitor student visa applications for our key destination countries

• Conduct one-on-one consultation sessions with leads and enrolled clients

• Coordinate with partner schools and institutions as needed

• Stay up to date with immigration rules, admission requirements, and policy changes per country

• Support clients through the full process from inquiry to departure

• Create social media content related to study abroad — sharing insights, tips, and updates across our platforms to educate and engage our audience

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working at a study abroad agency — this is a must

• Solid knowledge of school admissions and student visa application processes

• Familiarity with at least one destination country: Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Spain

• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-managed

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL requirements and preparation timelines

• Strong social media presence or experience creating content online

• Comfortable on camera or with short-form video content

Setup
Employment type: Full-time
Hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid — Makati on-site + remote
Salary: Starting at ₱40,000/month plus comissions
