• 2nd year completed/College Graduate
• 2+ years exp as Team Lead (Preferred Healthcare exp)
• Has an Insurance background, claims processing, US benefits
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
Responsibilities:
• Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily team operations, track performance metrics, and prepare data presentations for clients and managers.
• Team Management: Conduct shift briefings/huddles, coach agents, handle escalations, and promote team engagement.
• Compliance & Quality: Enforce strict adherence to regulatory standards like HIPAA and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve quality parameters.
