About the role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated call centre team in Cebu City. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their professional careers in a vibrant, fast-paced customer service environment. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, and the hiring process will be conducted virtually to make the application process as convenient as possible for you. As an Entry-Level CSR, you will be the voice of Richbuild Industrial Sales Inc., providing expert support and building lasting relationships with our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information in a timely and accurate manner
Resolve customer concerns and complaints whilst maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
Process customer orders, updates, and requests through company systems
Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database for quality assurance and follow-up purposes
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide informed recommendations
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
Meet individual and team performance targets including call handling time, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction scores
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance service quality
What we're looking for
Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation
Excellent listening and comprehension abilities to understand customer needs accurately
Professional and courteous demeanour with a genuine passion for helping others
Ability to remain calm and composed whilst handling difficult customer situations
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email, MS Office, or similar applications
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and potential weekend availability
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a high-volume environment
Preferred: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality sectors would be an advantage
