Telecommunications Account Representative – CDO
Work Avenue and Business Solutions Inc. is hiring Telecommunications Account Representatives for our onsite team in Cagayan de Oro. In this role, you will assist customers with telecommunications-related inquiries, account concerns, and service requests while delivering quality customer service.
Qualified applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and a relocation package, subject to company policies and account eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle telecommunications-related customer inquiries
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
Process account requests and maintain accurate records
Deliver professional customer service in every interaction
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
No call center experience required
Customer service experience is an advantage
At least B2 English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
