Telecommunications Account Representative – CDO

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Inc. is hiring Telecommunications Account Representatives for our onsite team in Cagayan de Oro. In this role, you will assist customers with telecommunications-related inquiries, account concerns, and service requests while delivering quality customer service.

Qualified applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and a relocation package, subject to company policies and account eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle telecommunications-related customer inquiries

  • Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions

  • Process account requests and maintain accurate records

  • Deliver professional customer service in every interaction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

  • No call center experience required

  • Customer service experience is an advantage

  • At least B2 English communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
