Key responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems
Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
Resolve customer issues efficiently whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and procedures whilst maintaining high quality standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
Meet performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics
What we're looking for
Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines
Willingness to learn and develop professional skills in a call centre environment
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates
