Inventory and Order Fulfillment Associate

As an Inventory and Order Fulfillment Associate on the Inventory Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments within the warehouse operation to meet client needs. In addition to core responsibilities, this role will involve taking on additional tasks to support the overall success of our account management efforts.

Duties

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

2. Receive and review customer orders.

3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

4. Manage order processing and tracking for client accounts.

5. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

6. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on order status and account performance.

7. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.

8. Generate reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and other relevant data as needed.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

10. Undertakes special assignments or tasks related to order fulfillment as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any course, preferably related to supply chain management or related field.
• 1 year experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
