Content Marketing Associate

As a Content Marketing Associate, you will create content for multiple brands across different social media platforms. The perfect candidate will excel in creating engaging short videos specifically designed for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Additionally, they will possess skills in managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and expanding our brand's online reach. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hosting live broadcasts on Facebook, TikTok, or Shopee.
Job Description:
Formulate and implement innovative strategies to promote different brands we manage across social media platforms.
• Produce captivating short videos that highlight our products, services, and brand image.
• Generate top-notch content tailored for various social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Manage the brand's social media profiles, including post scheduling, comment moderation, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Keep abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our brand's online visibility.
• Analyze social media data to monitor performance and enhance content for optimal reach and engagement.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as a Content Marketing Associate or in a similar role, preferably within the cosmetics or fashion sector.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and captivating content.
• Track record of managing social media accounts and engaging with followers to cultivate brand loyalty.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) for monitoring and evaluating social media performance.
• Capability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, while adhering to deadlines.
• Creative approach with a keen interest in storytelling and visual communication.
• Adaptability to embrace evolving social media trends and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
