Job Description
- Promote and sell company properties to prospective clients
- Conduct site presentations, property tours, and client meetings
- Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and field activities
- Maintain and update client database and sales pipeline
- Assist clients with documentation and transaction requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in booth manning, open houses, and company events
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Job Qualifications
- College graduate or at least 72 units completed
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
- Willing to work on-site in Silang, Cavite
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
