Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and reliable Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining experiences by delivering outstanding customer service, accurately taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

• Process customer payments and issue receipts when required.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
