Chiller Supervisor (DP Hermosa Bataan)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and control the overall activities within the chiller area Keep the inventory level optimized by maintaining the flow of incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished goods
Maintaining the accuracy of inventory and other documentation process to avoid variances from production to dispatch Ensure an optimal workforce by providing proper training and distributing workloads properly.
Guaranteed 100% serving of chilled products Responsible for maintaining security measures inside the chiller area to preserve the quality and integrity of the products
Ensure zero product condemnation due to poor warehousing Conduct performance evaluation of personnel
Assure that all documented reports are submitted at the given timeline Ensure zero product loss by checking all variances from raw materials to end product.
Analyze correct manpower check the variability of workload and implement an immediate action and acceptable solution
Ability to present a well-organized comprehensive and substantive report Ensure consistent compliance with quality and food safety management system
Assume the direct and indirect responsibility to implement the company's objectives, targets, and programs to ensure that the company's integrated management system is implemented.
Perform other tasks that management may assign from time to time
Key Qualifications
Education: Graduate of any four-year course related to Business Management, Agribusiness, Food Technology or Industrial Management.
Experience: With at least 1 year of experience in warehousing related to manufacturing of perishable goods.
