Intouch Tech is a UK-based technology company providing managed IT support, cybersecurity, telecoms, AI solutions, websites, and business automation services to UK businesses.

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence through consistent social media activity, strong campaign execution, content planning, and performance tracking.

This is a fully remote role. The successful candidate must already have the required skills, as no formal training will be provided.

  • Working with a UK-based company

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends off

  • Working hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 midnight Philippine time

  • Must have their own reliable computer/laptop and internet connection

Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and improving our social media and marketing content.

This role is focused on building a consistent and professional online presence, increasing engagement, supporting lead generation, and making sure our marketing activity is well planned, visually strong, and performance-driven.

The ideal candidate should be confident with organic social media, paid campaign support, blog writing, and email marketing. These will all sit under one clear objective: creating and managing content-led marketing campaigns that help the business generate visibility, engagement, and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly social media content calendars.

  • Plan, write, and schedule organic social media posts.

  • Submit content calendars and posts for internal approval before publishing.

  • Manage regular posting across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create content for company updates, service promotions, campaigns, events, and industry topics.

  • Write blog articles for the company website.

  • Repurpose blogs, service pages, and company updates into social media content.

  • Support paid campaign activity across social media and PPC channels.

  • Monitor paid campaign performance and recommend improvements.

  • Create visually appealing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

  • Write professional email marketing copy.

  • Support email campaign setup using HubSpot.

  • Track social media, paid campaign, blog, and email marketing results.

  • Prepare simple performance reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Help improve brand visibility, engagement, website traffic, and inbound enquiries.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ strong experience in social media marketing.

  • Strong experience managing organic social media content.

  • Good working knowledge of paid social media campaigns.

  • Knowledge of PPC campaign principles.

  • Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Experience creating and managing content calendars.

  • Experience writing social media posts, blogs, and email marketing content.

  • Ability to create visually appealing marketing content.

  • Good understanding of how content supports lead generation.

  • Excellent written English.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good eye for layout, visuals, messaging, and brand consistency.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Must be ready to perform the role without training.

Preferred Experience

  • HubSpot knowledge is strongly preferred.

  • Experience creating email campaigns in HubSpot.

  • B2B marketing experience is preferred.

  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, telecoms, SaaS, or technology marketing would be an advantage.

  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.

  • Experience using AI tools to support content creation would be useful.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must have a portfolio showing examples of:

  • Organic social media content.

  • Social media campaigns.

  • Blog writing.

  • Email marketing or newsletter designs.

  • Paid campaign examples, where available.

  • Visual marketing content.

KPIs / Performance Measures

The successful candidate will be measured against clear marketing KPIs, including:

  • Content calendar completion and approval.

  • Number of approved and published posts.

  • Organic engagement growth.

  • Follower growth on key platforms.

  • Website traffic from social media.

  • Blog output and blog traffic performance.

  • Paid campaign lead volume.

  • Cost per lead.

  • Campaign conversion rate.

  • Email open rate.

  • Email click-through rate.

  • Newsletter engagement.

  • Quality and consistency of reporting.

  • Contribution to inbound enquiries and lead generation.

Salary

Up to PHP 70,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
