Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

  2. With experience in restaurant purchasing, inventory, or supply operations is an advantage.

  3. Knowledge of food ingredients, restaurant supplies, and inventory control.

  4. Good negotiation and communication skills with suppliers.

  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory monitoring tools.

  7. Willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
