CRM (E-COMMERCE)

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement targeted direct marketing campaigns utilizing CRM systems to segment audiences and personalize messaging

  2. Analyze customer data and behaviour patterns to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and customer lifetime value improvement

  3. Create and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and integration across multiple e-commerce channels

  4. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives

  5. Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders

  6. Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives

  7. Identify and implement CRM tools, technologies and best practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

  8. Manage customer feedback and complaints through CRM channels, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement

  9. Conduct regular customer segmentation analysis to support targeted marketing efforts and customer relationship strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience (2+ years) working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

  2. Strong knowledge of direct marketing principles, email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies

  3. Demonstrated experience in e-commerce environments with a clear understanding of online customers

  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns

  7. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms

  8. Familiarity with customer retention strategies

  9. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms

  10. Attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
