Job Summary
The Farm Asset Specialist provides administrative and accounting support to the Poultry Breeder Farm operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate farm records, monitoring production and inventory data, and assisting in basic management accounting and financial documentation to support efficient farm operations and reporting.
Qualifications
• Graduate of Management Accounting, Financial Management, Agribusiness, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience in farm or agricultural operations is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and record keeping
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Willing to stay in at the farm location
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with farm personnel
Responsibilities
• Record and monitor daily farm operations including production data, inventory, and consumption reports
• Assist in maintaining financial records such as expenses, costing, and basic accounting documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly farm reports for management review
• Monitor inventory of feeds, supplies, medicines, and farm materials
• Coordinate with farm supervisors regarding operational data and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of farm records and reports
• Support compliance with company policies and farm procedures
• Perform other administrative tasks related to farm operations as assigned
