Training Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist trainers by answering questions and providing support when needed
• Enforcing the company's Code of Conduct
• Ensure trainees are ready to be deployed to the production floor
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Assist with special projects as required
• Perform monthly classroom audits
• Have coaching meetings with the trainers
• Hold weekly one-on-ones with the trainers
• Coordinate with the Training Manager to make sure classes run smoothly and trainers have proper training
• Assist with the 7-day and Simulation Training when needed
• Approve time cards and requests
• Lead team huddles when needed
• Issue disciplinary action when needed in conjunction with the Training Manager
• Communicate with the Training Manager about any issues with the team
• Assist with the coordinating schedules and RDOTs
• Train new trainers in conjunction with the other Team Leads
• Coordinate with the Instructional Design Team to develop and test new courses

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar training role
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, or customer service environment is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop trainers
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, Recruitment, and Instructional Design teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
