Real State Acquisition and Lead Generation Specialist (Distressed Properties)
Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct outbound calls to property owners and related contacts using provided lead lists (e.g., tax delinquent, absentee owners)
Initiate conversations to identify interest in selling property
Build rapport and maintain professional communication with prospects
Acquisition Support
Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and selling timeline
Educate property owners on available selling options
Coordinate with acquisition managers to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline
Research & Contact Sourcing
Utilize skip tracing tools and public records to locate accurate contact information
Verify and update lead data within CRM systems
Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups
Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in real estate, sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
Familiarity with CRM systems and skip tracing tools is a plus
