About the role

Wiseowl Learning and Development Center, provider of paediatric therapy services in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila, is seeking a talented and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients achieve their functional, cognitive, and social goals, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate your availability and work-life balance preferences.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for improvement

• Developing and implementing customised treatment plans to address the unique challenges of each client

• Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive function

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care

• Regularly evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, recognised by the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission (Licensed)

• Current PRC licence registration must be valid and up to date at the time of application.

• Fresh Graduates or Experienced Occupational Therapist, preferably in a paediatric setting

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with a focus on client-centred care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the healthcare team

• Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
