As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their telecommunications concerns, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring a positive customer experience on every interaction.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, and applicants with little to no work experience. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role.

• Handle inbound customer service calls regarding mobile, internet, cable, and telecommunications services.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, service activations, upgrades, and plan renewals.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile devices, internet connectivity, and telecom services.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Document customer interactions and update account information using company systems.

• Meet quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

• Follow company guidelines and data privacy policies when handling customer information.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve account goals.

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

• No BPO experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.

• Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer service orientation.
