Sales Admin Assistant
Job Summary:
The Sales Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role helps improve efficiency and allows sales representatives to focus on client relationships and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices
Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Assist in order processing, tracking, and follow-ups with clients
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to resolve issues
Support sales campaigns, events, and presentations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in an administrative or sales support role is an advantage but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
