IT Project Manager (Project Management Professional)

Role Description

The IT Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee technology and ICT-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include defining project requirements, coordinating with internal technical teams and external stakeholders, and managing project timelines, resources, and risks. The role involves preparing project documentation, tracking progress, and providing regular status reports to management and clients. The IT Project Manager will also support solution design discussions, contribute to process improvements, and ensure that project outcomes meet quality and security standards aligned with ADI’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong project and program management capabilities, including Program Management and Project Planning skills.

• Solid foundation in Information Technology, with experience managing IT or ICT-related projects and working closely with technical teams.

• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and for preparing clear documentation and reports.

• Proven Analytical Skills for requirements analysis, risk assessment, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project, or similar) is preferred.

• Background in system integration, security solutions, or government and enterprise projects is an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Taguig, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability.
