About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to launch or advance your career in customer service, regardless of your previous experience. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, delivering outstanding support to our clients' customers through various communication channels. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression and contributes to our reputation for excellence.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Provide accurate, helpful, and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns
Process customer requests, transactions, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain detailed and organised records of all customer interactions using company systems
Follow company procedures and scripts whilst maintaining a natural, friendly communication style
Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised departments when required
Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling times and customer satisfaction metrics
Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Participate in training and development programmes to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer concerns
A professional, courteous and patient demeanour, even in challenging situations
Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality
Problem-solving mindset with a genuine desire to help customers
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
Ability to work as part of a team whilst also being self-motivated
Customer service experience is a plus, but no prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training for suitable candidates
