Production Architect

Core Responsibilities 

• Develop full sets of construction drawings, including intricate joinery details and MEFPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) integration. 

• Serve as a technical liaison between designers and MEFPS engineers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems. 

• Conduct site surveys to document existing conditions, perform site inspections to ensure design compliance, and collaborate with construction teams to resolve real-time technical issues. 

• Contribute practical design solutions and refinements to ongoing proposals and active construction projects. 

Key Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; must be a Registered and Licensed Architect. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup is required. Experience with MEFPS drawings is essential. 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, or residential sectors). 

• COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification is highly preferred. 

• Strong communication, time management, and team coordination abilities.
