Position: Mid Manual QA
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup (3 Days Onsite per Week)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Mid Manual QA professional to ensure software quality through test planning, test case creation, defect management, and end-to-end application validation. The role involves performing functional, integration, and regression testing while collaborating with development and business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and functional requirements
• Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
• Develop and maintain Master Test Plans
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Prepare test reports and QA documentation
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams
• Participate in Agile and Waterfall development environments
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, methodologies, and processes
• Support testing activities across multiple systems and applications

Candidates must possess comprehensive experience across all listed testing skills and methodologies, demonstrating proficiency in manual testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, test case creation, test script writing, master test planning, QA methodologies, SDLC & STLC, defect tracking & reporting, API testing, SQL/database validation, and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
• Strong understanding of test design techniques, standards, and processes
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Flexible with shifting schedules and extended working hours
• Willing to travel when required
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financial Systems
• Experience with Enterprise Application Testing

Candidates must demonstrate 3+ years of advanced API testing experience, including comprehensive knowledge of REST/SOAP protocols, API documentation interpretation, and complex API validation scenarios.
Candidates must possess intermediate SQL and database validation skills, including proficiency in complex joins, functions, and data integrity testing across multiple database systems.
