Marketing Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing, or brand management.

  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.

  • Preferably residing in Quezon City.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through.

Preferred

  • Experience in fashion, footwear, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

  • Experience working with influencers, events, or retail marketing initiatives.


Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist in the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Help localize global marketing materials for local market use.

  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

Digital & Social Media

  • Support the management of social media calendars and content scheduling.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, and content creators.

  • Monitor social media engagement and community feedback.

  • Assist in gathering performance data and preparing monthly reports.

Retail & Trade Marketing

  • Coordinate production and distribution of in-store marketing materials.

  • Support retail activations, promotions, and new store openings.

  • Work closely with sales and retail teams to ensure marketing materials are properly implemented.

  • Conduct store visits and provide feedback on marketing execution.

Influencer & PR Coordination

  • Assist in identifying and managing influencer partnerships.

  • Coordinate product seeding and sample requests.

  • Maintain media and influencer databases.

  • Support press events, brand launches, and consumer activations.

Administrative & Project Coordination

  • Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers.

  • Process marketing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.

  • Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials.

  • Organize marketing assets, photos, videos, and campaign documents.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile sales and marketing performance reports.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • Assist in budget tracking and expenditure reporting.

  • Prepare presentations for management reviews.
