Field Merchandising Coordinator (Visayas)
Description
The Trade Activation Officer, Field Merchandising Coordinator or Field Execution Officer is responsible for executing and supporting trade marketing initiatives to drive product visibility, availability, and sales performance across assigned channels. This role focuses on implementing in-store promotions, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring effective activation of marketing campaigns at the trade level.
Responsibilities:
Execute trade marketing and promotional activities in the Visayas region.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure proper rollout of campaigns.
Ensure correct product display, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and in-store execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Conduct regular store visits to check compliance with trade programs.
Gather market insights such as competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
Support product launches and special promotional events.
Prepare activity reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or field marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience in FMCG company is preferred but not required.
