Capacity Maintenance Staff

Job Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles and transport equipment under the Transportation and Capacity Department to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company vehicles (motorcycles, 3-wheelers, vans, and delivery vehicles)

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out proper repairs

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance

• Monitor and maintain vehicle condition to support operational capacity targets

• Record all maintenance work, repairs, and parts replacement

• Coordinate with operations and transport teams for scheduling of repairs and downtime

• Assist in emergency breakdown repairs and roadside assistance if needed

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop area

• Follow company safety standards and transport regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Technical/Vocational graduate (TESDA NC II Mechanic or Automotive Servicing is an advantage)

• Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair (logistics/transport industry preferred)

• Knowledge in motorcycle and light vehicle troubleshooting

• Physically fit and willing to work under pressure or shifting schedules
