We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commissary Staff to join our team at The Aurora Subic Hotel in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales. As a Commissary Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our hotel's kitchen and food preparation processes. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation and assembly of a variety of food items and other menu offerings

• Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the commissary area

• Restock and inventory food supplies and equipment as needed

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food items to the main kitchen

• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel's food and beverage operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a commissary, kitchen, or food preparation role within the hospitality industry

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
