Sales Promoter (Gadgets Insurance)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promoter (Gadgets Insurance) to join our team at our Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our sales strategy by promoting and selling gadgets insurance products directly to customers. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc., engaging with potential customers, demonstrating product value, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. This role is essential to our business growth and customer acquisition objectives.

Key responsibilities

1. Promote and sell gadgets insurance products to potential customers through direct engagement and in-store demonstrations

2. Provide detailed product information and explain insurance coverage benefits to customers in a clear and persuasive manner

3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance packages tailored to their gadgets and requirements

4. Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas

5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed properly

7. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and management teams

8. Maintain an organized and appealing product display area

9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive sales environment

10. Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotional campaigns and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Proven sales experience in a retail, insurance or technology-related environment is highly desirable

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers

3. Strong numerical ability and understanding of basic financial concepts related to insurance products

4. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

6. Professional appearance and demeanor with outstanding customer service orientation

7. Flexibility to work full-time hours, including potential weekend or extended shifts as required

8. Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems is preferred

9. Knowledge of gadgets, technology products or insurance products would be advantageous

10. Willingness to undergo product training and certification programmes
