Lead Generation Specialist (BD) | Mon-Fri | AM Shift | Office-Based
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation - BD Specialist to support business growth through proactive outreach, lead sourcing, prospect qualification, and CRM pipeline management.
This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards, market research, CRM tools, and other lead generation channels. The ideal candidate has strong B2B business development experience, preferably within outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, recruitment, or staffing industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards, cold calling, CRM tools, and market research.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients aligned with target markets and service offerings.
Engage business owners, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers through outreach and follow-ups.
Support proposal preparation, pricing inputs, client briefs, and commercial discussions.
Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to support client onboarding and delivery.
Track lead activity, pipeline status, forecasts, and conversion progress in the CRM.
Identify growth opportunities within new, existing, and previous client accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of B2B lead generation, business development, sales, or account management experience.
Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, recruitment, or staffing is highly preferred.
Strong background in prospecting, qualifying, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, business owners, and hiring managers.
Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, research, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM / 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
