Virtual Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels

• Support Account Specialists in managing client relationships and follow-ups

• Assist in processing customer orders, billing requests, and account-related documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

• Help generate leads and prepare basic pricing quotations

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars

• Address client inquiries and escalate complex concerns when necessary

• Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, virtual assistant, or administrative roles

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (SAP is an advantage)

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work graveyard shift (US accounts)

• Willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
