Payroll Officer
Job Summary
Brandlink.PH is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement for employees. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of payroll procedures, government statutory requirements, and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
Calculate salaries, overtime, night differentials, holiday pay, commissions, incentives, and deductions.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and timesheets.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and submit government-mandated reports and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Generate payroll reports for management review.
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee compensation and benefits.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing, payroll administration, or a similar role.
Knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, taxation, and government-mandated benefits.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling payroll for a large workforce.
Familiarity with attendance and timekeeping systems.
Experience in BPO, staffing, or manpower industries is an advantage.
