Technical Services Manager
Care 4 Life Trading (https://www.care4lifetrading.com), established in March 2005, is a medical product importer and distributor based in Metro Manila. The company is focused on delivering the highest customer satisfaction through efficient after-sales service, and providing modern, exceptional, reliable, and economical products.
The company is growing and is looking for a Technical Services Manager to ensure a prompt and efficient after-sales service to current clients! This role requires on-site reporting.

Experience must include diagnostic imaging, patient monitoring, laboratory equipment, and general medical equipment servicing and management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
A. Service Operations & Quality Standards
Oversee installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective servicing of medical equipment.
Ensure all service activities comply with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical services.
Monitor service turnaround time and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
B. Team Management & Development
Manage, train, and evaluate Technical Service Engineers and support staff.
Assign service schedules, field assignments, and workload distribution.
Conduct regular performance reviews and skills development programs.
C. Client & Sales Coordination
Ensure prompt response to service requests, complaints, and warranty claims.
Maintain strong client relationships through reliable and professional service delivery.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding product issues and customer feedback.
D. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Oversee inventory of spare parts, tools, and service equipment.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of parts usage and replenishment.
Coordinate with Procurement for ordering necessary technical supplies.
E. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and equipment history.
Prepare technical reports and performance metrics for management review.
F. Technical Support & Training
Liaise with manufacturers/principals for technical support, training, and updates.
Facilitate product training and certification programs for the technical team.
Handle escalations requiring factory-level intervention.
G. Continuous Improvement & Preventive Programs
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Implement preventive maintenance programs for clients.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
