Copywriting Trainer - Remote

Your Role:
The Copywriting Trainer supports employee development by creating training programs, assessments, and learning interventions that improve performance across the Copywriting function.

What you will do:

1. Design and deliver engaging training programs, assessments, and learning materials

2. Conduct training needs analysis using performance and business data

3. Facilitate onboarding, coaching, and capability-building sessions

4. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes

5. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Product teams to align training with business needs

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field with certification in adult learning, instructional design, or learning content development (e.g., LinkedIn Learning or internal programs)

2. At least 2 years of experience in Copywriting/Content Writing.

3. Strong communication skills, with experience coaching or mentoring peers or junior team members

4. Solid analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); LMS experience is an advantage

5. Familiarity with training evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and tools such as Copy.ai, Grammarly, and Meta Ads Manager is an advantage

6. Willingness to work on night shifts, and must have a stable internet connection for a remote work setup
