RECRUITMENT AND ADMIN ASSOCIATE (CEBU)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of candidates
Perform administrative duties such as documentation, records management, filing, and report preparation
Support timekeeping and payroll coordination through DTR monitoring and validation
Address employee inquiries and provide assistance on basic HR-related concerns
Maintain and ensure the completeness and accuracy of employee records and requirements
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requests, deployment updates, and recruitment status
Assist in monitoring compliance with government-mandated requirements and labor regulations
Provide administrative support for documentation related to Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) processes when necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Internship or relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative functions is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
Team player with a positive and client-focused attitude
