We are hiring for a Senior Copywriter (aka Senior Storyteller) who can craft strong campaign ideas and translate them into strong copy and concepts across both digital and on-ground brand experiences.

This role is responsible for the creative conceptualization and pristine execution of the copy requirements of his or her assigned projects that include but are not limited to campaigns, video scripts, EDMs, presentation decks, paid media executions, and both short-form and long-form content. You will be given work that is clearly defined by their team's creative lead and delivers the work consistently and with great attention to detail.

In this role, you will be expected to perform the following:

Copywriting:

  1. Collaborate with the managers and team members to understand the client brief and objectives.

  2. Gather insights to inform the brandʼs or campaign's tone, style, and approach and participate in brainstorming sessions.

  3. Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various campaigns and media, including presentation decks, digital and social media ads, content, emailers, scripts, product descriptions, and taglines.

  4. Edit and refine copy to ensure clarity, conciseness, and consistency with the brand voice, while pushing creative boundaries.

  5. Stay ahead of trends in advertising, marketing, and consumer behavior, and learn and incorporate evolving best practices for copywriting in digital and traditional media.

  6. Work closely with other members of the creative team to ensure the copy complements the visual elements.

Project Management:

  1. Develop timelines, schedules, and milestones for copy-related projects.

  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  3. Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues during project execution.

Leadership:

  1. Provide hands-on mentorship, direction, and guidance to storytellers and junior storytellers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  2. Assist in the daily operation

You will report report directly to the Lead Storyteller (or the Creative Catalyst/Associate Creative Catalyst in the former position's absence) and works closely with all divisions within the company, specifically other Creatives and project managers of other Business Units.


What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6 years of experience in advertising or creative agencies

  • Strong portfolio showing campaign concepts & copywriting across multiple formats

  • Experienced writing for brand activations, events, or experiential campaigns

  • Ability to translate strategy and insights into compelling creative ideas

  • Strong storytelling and headline-writing skills

  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, art directors, and project teams

  • Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
