Sr Staff Program Manager
Responsibilities:
You will drive the successful delivery of multiple programs and projects, from initiation to completion.
You will develop and implement frameworks and strategies for successfully managing the organization’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategy related to Global Business Services and Commercial functions.
You will bring leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring the effective execution of programs and projects, including program/project deliverables and timelines.
You strategize and collaborate with stakeholders, identifying and managing risks, developing mitigation plans, monitoring program and project status, and communicating the business impact of these programs and projects effectively.
You manage program/project budget and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources.
You will coach/mentor project managers and support our project manager development program
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Management); advanced degree or certifications in program/project management, transformation, innovation are preferred
In-depth knowledge of program/project management methodologies. Knowledge in related frameworks/ processes are preferred (e.g. product development, product commercialization, software development life cycle, quality assurance processes, transition/outsourcing)
At least 13 years of experience in program and project management; people management experience is preferred
Comfortable in using project management tools and software (e.g. Asana).
