Job Title: Part-Time Onsite IT Support Specialist
Location: San Juan, Metro Manila
Work schedule: 1-2 days per week, 4 hours per day on a weekday
Employment type: Part-time contractor
Salary: Php450 per hour

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Support Specialist who can come to our San Juan office to provide onsite support. This role involves troubleshooting office IT systems, performing data backups, and maintaining our servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT troubleshooting for printers, desktops/laptops, network connectivity, workstations, and other software/hardware issues.

• Perform file and server backups, ensuring data security and recovery processes are followed.

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot on-premise servers.

• Set up and configure new workstations, peripherals, and network equipment as needed.

• Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and credentials, if any.

• Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.

• May occasionally be called for urgent onsite support outside the regular schedule.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in IT support and systems administration but fresh grads are also welcome.

• Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting, network connectivity, and Windows environments.

• Experience with server maintenance and data backup/recovery systems.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City (4-8 hours per week).

Compensation:

• Php450 per hour

• Opportunity to expand hours or transition to a longer-term engagement.
