· Windows Server environment
· Basic virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
· Standard IT support and ticketing tools
Job Responsibilities:
1. 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, service desk, or technical support is preferred
2. Strong interest in building a career in infrastructure, identity, or enterprise systems administration
3. Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced technical environment
4. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT and business teams
