Administrative Virtual Assistant (Accounting Firm)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and client support for an accounting firm. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills. Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email handling, and document organization.

  • Coordinate with clients and team members regarding schedules, requests, and follow-ups.

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Assist with accounting-related administrative tasks, including collecting client documents and supporting bookkeeping workflows.

  • Help manage client communications and support day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Client Support Specialist, or a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is an advantage.

  • Can work in an office-based setup following US time zone

Note: The indicated salary range pertains to the full-time monthly compensation.

Job Types: Part-time
